1. Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Returns without proof of purchase or order number may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability).

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

  • If we shipped the wrong or damaged product, we will bear all return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
